Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Jawww iPhone app. By using Jawww you agree to them. They complement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); if they conflict, the Apple EULA prevails for matters it covers.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jawww.

2. Wellness, not medical advice

Jawww offers general wellness habits for comfort and posture. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. No routine changes bone structure, and we make no promise of physical results. Move gently and within a comfortable range. Stop immediately and consult a qualified professional if you feel pain, jaw clicking or locking, dizziness or any discomfort, or if you have a jaw (TMJ), neck or dental condition.

3. Free features and Jawww Pro

Some features are free. Jawww Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional routines and features, offered at $3.99 per week or $7.99 per month (US prices; local prices are shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary).

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price and duration unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Aura points and cards you have earned remain yours if your subscription ends. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

4. Account and league

The account is optional and uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the username you choose. In the league, you agree not to:

• use offensive, hateful, sexual or impersonating usernames;
• cheat, automate activity or exploit bugs to gain Aura;
• harass other players or misuse the report feature.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Usernames are filtered automatically; you can hide or report any player with a long press in the league. We review reports and may remove usernames, reset scores, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Jawww on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple EULA. The app, its routines, illustrations, characters and cards are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or redistributed, except for sharing your own cards through the app’s share feature for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, routines or rewards. We will try to give notice of significant changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

7. Liability

Jawww is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any injury resulting from use of the routines against the guidance in section 2. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Termination

You can stop using Jawww and delete your account at any time from Account › Delete my account. We may suspend access in case of a serious breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
